We use local and organic products wherever possible, so we know exactly what we are serving. But as well as delicious local Frisian dishes, our menu also includes foreign favourites. Every day, we also offer a varying three and four-course menu. We also often hold themed sessions for connoisseurs, the so-called ‘Prieuwke menu’. Of course, a good wine with these meals is a must and your host or hostess would be happy to advise you.
